European Development Days
One winner, one runner-up, and the winner’s teacher will be invited to attend European Development Days in Brussels.
This is a high-profile event that brings together key decision-makers and actors in the field of development cooperation. Students will have the chance to meet these people and exhibit their work. They will also be presented with a certificate at an awards ceremony.
Trip to Africa
Winning students and their teachers will be invited to accompany the European Commissioner for Development to an African country. During a five-day all-expenses paid trip, they will have a unique opportunity to see some of the challenges facing Africa, and witness EU development cooperation at work in the field.
